as universities, hospitals, not-for-profit organizations and certain corporations. IllinoisPrime
Shares seek to provide shareholders with current income as high as is consistent with stability, safety of principal and liquidity and
to maintain a stable net asset value of $1.00 per share.
IllinoisPrime Shares provide:

- Competitive money market returns
- Unlimited number of deposits and withdrawals
- Transactions by wire, ACH or check
- Sub-accounting to track multiple funds or accounts
IllinoisPrime Shares maintain a dollar-weighted average portfolio maturity of 90 days or less.
IllinoisPrime Shares invest in obligations of the United States Government and its agencies, high quality debt obligations of U.S.
companies and obligations of financial institutions and are rated AAAm* by Standard & Poor’s.
